Learn why a payment fails and what to do about it.
There are a few reasons why a payment for a Datylon product cannot be authorized. See below the most common reasons and some tips on how to fix it:
Billing details of your credit card changed
When the details of your credit card changed, e.g your address, you should sign-in to your Datylon account and purchase a new subscription using the new credit card details. You can use this link to sign-in.
Your card expired
If your card’s expiration date passed before your subscription renewal date, the payment will fail. You need to replace your card and after that sign-in to your Datylon account and purchase a new subscription using the new credit card. You can use this link to sign-in.
Your credit card has insufficient funds
Your account balance was too low at the time of your renewal, the payment will fail. You need to fix the balance and after that sign-in to your Datylon account and purchase a new subscription. You can use this link to sign-in.

Your bank prevented the charge for another reason
Other issues can occur with cards on file, even if you’ve used them to pay for subscriptions before. If your card hasn’t expired and your account has sufficient funds, contact your bank and ask for more information about the failed charges. We can’t help directly with declined charges.
